Settings and your user menu are at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, they're under More.
• Select Search… in the top bar (or press Ctrl+K, or ⌘K on a Mac). On a phone, tap the search icon.
• Type at least two characters.
• Search covers accounts, locations (including location codes and addresses), contacts (name, phone, email), prospects and assets (make, model, serial).
• Select a result to open the record.
• The bell shows your unread count.
• You'll get notices for tasks assigned to you, tasks due today, and your trial ending.
• Select Mark all read to clear them.
Button | What it does |
Call | Dials the number on your phone. |
Directions | Opens Google Maps. |
Log call / Log visit | Records what happened. These don't place a call or start navigation. |
After you call someone and come back to VendScout, you may see Log this call? as a reminder.
Open the user menu and select Dark mode or Light mode.
