Steps
1. Run a search. See [Search for prospects].
2. Tick the results you want to keep. You can save up to 50 at a time.
3. Select Save [N] as prospects.
4. To add them to a list at the same time, select Add to list instead. See [Create lists and add records].
• Each saved prospect starts at stage New, with its tier and location type from the search.
• VendScout tries to fill in the phone number and website.
• Results aren't saved automatically. Anything you don't save is gone when you leave the page.
A result counts as a duplicate if it's the same Google place as an existing prospect, or if it has a very similar name within about 75 meters (250 feet) of an existing prospect or location. Duplicates are skipped and listed in a message: "Skipped [N] already in your CRM: [names]."
