1. Go to Prospects and select Import CSV.

2. Select Download template CSV if you want a starting file.

3. Choose or drop your CSV file. The first row must be column headers.

4. Match each of your columns to a VendScout field, or choose Skip. Common column names are matched automatically.

5. Check the preview of the first 20 rows. Rows marked "skip" are missing a name or a usable address.

6. Select Import [N] rows.

Name, Street, City, State, ZIP, Location Type, Phone, Website, Contact Name, Contact Email, Contact Phone

You can also map Full address, Category and Employee count.

• Name, plus either Full address or Street + City + State.

• Up to 2,000 rows per file.

• Every address is looked up on the map. Rows whose address can't be found fail with "Address not found."
