Add and manage locations

A location is a site where you have, or want, machines. Each location has an address, a status, contacts, assets, photos, sales and history.

1. Go to Locations and select Add location. You can also use Add location on an account's Locations tab.

2. Choose the Account. Search for an existing one, or select + New account.

3. Enter the Location name.

4. Optional: Location code, Phone, Street address, City, State, Postal code, Site type.

5. Select Add location.

A location code is your own ID for a site, such as "LV-014". Codes must be unique within your company. They're used to match sales imports and asset imports to the right location, so give every location a code if you plan to import data.
