1. Open the asset.
2. Select Move asset.
3. Choose the new Location, or In storage (no location).
4. Optional: choose a Placement and add Notes.
5. Select Move asset.
1. Open the asset.
2. Select Log service.
3. Choose Serviced or Repaired, and set the Date.
4. Optional: enter the Cost (in your company currency).
5. Choose a Failure code: Bill jam, Coin jam, Card reader offline, Card reader decline, No power, Cooling failure, Vend motor failure, Keypad fault, Connectivity loss, Door lock fault, Water leak, Grinder fault or Other.
6. Add Notes. Notes are required if the failure code is Other.
7. Select Log service.
Failure codes build a repair record for each machine, so you can spot units with repeat problems.
