• Move a prospect to Install scheduled, then choose Create task when asked.
• Convert a prospect to a customer. VendScout creates "New install: [location]", due in 14 days, unless an open install task already exists.
• Select New task and choose the New install template.

Open the task and tick each item as it's done. Each tick saves straight away.
• Link the install task to the prospect or location with Related to. That way it follows the deal when the prospect is converted.
• Install tasks don't book a calendar appointment. Book the install visit separately. See [Book and manage appointments].
