Import sales reports from your telemetry or payment system in bulk. Each row is one location and one period.

Give every location a Location code that matches the ID in your sales report. Codes are the most reliable way to match rows to locations. See [Add and manage locations].

1. Go to Sales and select Import CSV.

2. Select Download template CSV if you want a starting file.

3. Choose or drop your CSV file.

4. Map your columns:

– Location code or name

– Period start

– Period end

– Gross sales (in your company currency)

– Notes (optional)

5. Check the preview of the first 20 rows.

6. Select Import [N] rows.

Rule

Detail

Dates

Must be YYYY-MM-DD. The period end can't be before the period start.

Amounts

Dollar signs and commas are removed. Amounts aren't converted between currencies.

Location matching

By location code first, then by exact location name. If two locations share a name, the first match is used, so use codes.

Duplicates

A row with the same location, start date and end date as an existing entry is skipped, not updated.

File size

Up to 5,000 rows per file.

• You'll see Added, Duplicates skipped and Failed counts.

• Download failed & duplicate rows gives you your original rows with a Reason column, ready to fix and re-import.

• Undo import removes every entry this import created.
