Enter their email, choose User or Admin, and select Send invite. See [Invite your team and accept an invite].
Use the role dropdown next to a member to switch them between User and Admin.
• Select Deactivate to remove their access immediately. Their records and history stay in VendScout.
• Select Reactivate to restore their access.
• Deactivated users don't count toward your plan's user limit. Reactivating someone needs room under the limit.
Select Resend to email an invite again and extend it by 7 days, or Revoke to cancel it. Pending invites count toward your user limit.
• The Owner can't be deactivated or changed from this screen.
• When someone leaves, deactivate them and reassign their open tasks and list members.
