Change your plan, update your card or cancel

1. Go to Settings > Billing.

2. Under Change plan, select Switch on the plan you want.

3. Stripe shows the new price and any proration. Confirm the change.

4. You'll return to VendScout and see Your plan was updated.

1. Go to Settings > Billing.

2. Select Manage billing.

3. On Stripe's billing page, you can update your payment method, download invoices or cancel your subscription.

• Only the Owner can manage billing. Admins see "Only the company owner can manage billing."

• Cancelling keeps your data. Your team can still sign in and view it, but can't add or change records. See [Billing statuses explained].

• Complimentary accounts have no billing controls.
